Life before SnorkelCRM ...
 
We were approached by a mental health charity in Oxford called Oxfordshire Mind.  They were using an old Microsoft Access database system to store their contacts, produce letters and mailing labels etc.  The system was getting long in the tooth and was not very user friendly.  It was also hosted on-site and was by this stage only accessible from one PC, by one employee at a time.
 
And now...
 
In partnership with Oxfordshire Mind we developed SnorkelCRM and tailored it to their specific requirements. They can now work with and manage their contact data quickly and easily, print letters and labels with ease all safe in the knowledge that the system and data are securely hosted off-site by Snorkel IT leaving them to do their jobs instead of worrying about managing servers, backups and data security. In addition they can securely access the system remotely allowing their staff to work from home or during events they're running. 
 
SnorkelCRM allows an unlimited number of concurrent users, with the system administrator able to allocated them to roles which specify exactly what they can and cannot see and do within the system.
